staminapony Console Command

The staminapony command impacts Roach, your horse, and her stamina levels in the game.

This command drastically increases Roach's stamina reserves and allows her to gallop continuously for much longer periods than normal.

The direct impact of this is that you can cover large distances across the map much quickly without having to slow Roach down for a breather, which is incredibly beneficial when you need to get to destinations faster or when you're trying to outrun adversaries.

This command only affects to Roach's sprinting stamina and does not impact Geralt's stamina levels.

Using additem

If staminapony does not work, use the command additem('Devil Saddle') for near endless stamina.
