addskillpoints Command

Character

This command will give you the specified amount of skill points.

addskillpoints(amount)

Parameters

Amount

Number

The amount of skill points you wish to give yourself.

Overview

The addskillpoints command is used to increase the number of skill points available to your character.

The command is typically followed by a number that dictates how many skill points will be added to your current total.

For example, entering addskillpoints(10) in the console would add 10 skill points to your total.

Skill points are used to unlock and upgrade abilities in your skill tree. These abilities can greatly enhance your abilities in combat, exploration, and other aspects of the game. For example, they can increase the power of your signs, the efficiency of your potions, or improve your swordsmanship skills.

buffme	This console command will give your character the specified effect for the specified duration (seconds). These effects are not the same as those from the `addabl` command. View all BuffMe IDs here: witchercheats.com/buffme.
Cat	This command will enable and disable the ability to see in the dark: `cat(1)` to enable cat vision, `cat(0)` to return to normal.
cleardevelop	This command will reset Geralt completely, clearing your inventory and resetting your level to 1. You will also be given starter gear.
dismember	This command dismembers your current targeted NPC.
Drunk	This command will enable and disable 'Drunk Mode', in which your vision is distorted and dialogue between some characters (e.g. Shani, Triss) is changed.
instantMount	This command will spawn and instantly mount your character to the NPC with the specified ID. The NPC ID should be surrounded by apostrophes: `instantMount('horse')`, not `instantMount(horse)`. View all NPC IDs here: witchercheats.com/npc-spawn.
learnskill	This command will make Geralt learn the skill with the specified skill ID (also known as a talent code). You need to surround the skill ID with apostrophes: `learnskill('alchemy_s12')` is correct, while `learnskill(alchemy_s12)` is not correct. View all skill IDs here: witchercheats.com/skill.
levelup	This command levels you up one level (use the `setlevel` command to level up faster).
removecustomhead	This command will remove any custom head you have applied to your character with the `setcustomhead` command.
rmvabl	This command will remove the buff with the specified buff ID. The buff ID should be surrounded by apostrophes: `rmvabl('ConImmortal')` is correct, while `rmvabl(ConImmortal)` is not. Use `addabl` to add a buff. View all buff IDs at witchercheats.com/buff.
setbeard	This command will set your beard's beard style.
setcustomhead	This console command will set your character's head to the head with the specified ID. Use the `removecustomhead` command to revert to your character's default head. View all custom head IDs here: witchercheats.com/custom-head.
setlevel	This command sets your level to the specified number.
settattoo	This command can be used to show and hide the tattoo from the Witcher 2 quest Hung Over that remains on the neck of Geralt.
shave	This command trims your beard. Be aware that it's not a reversible command. To regrow your beard, you'll need to use a different command.
WitcherHairstyle	This command sets your character's hairstyle to the specified hairstyle number. The hairstyle number should be in apostrophes. Hairstyle numbers are '1', '2', or '3'.
